OFFTHETRAXK isn't made for the podium. It's made for the parking lot sessions, the backroad pulls, the 2 a.m. wrench nights and everything the rulebook says you shouldn't do.
Every piece is cut heavyweight and printed to survive the same abuse the riders put their machines through. Wear it on the bike or off it — it reads the same either way.
Drops are limited and they don't restock. Get the green flag before anyone else — early access, restock alerts, nothing else.
Some people keep it on the track.

OFFTHETRAXK is for the parking-lot wheelie sessions, the backroad pulls at golden hour, the group rides that start with five bikes and end with thirty. The ones the algorithm loves and the neighbours hate.
It's not about the podium. It never was.
Push your limit, not your luck. Real ones keep the stunts on closed lots and private courses — and wear real gear doing it. Style means nothing in a hospital bed.
Respect goes to hours in the garage, not the price tag on the bike. A clapped-out 600 ridden well beats a showroom queen every time.
The culture is the crew. Wrench nights, gas station link-ups, filming each other's runs. You show up for your people on and off the bike.
Every OTK drop is a short run. When it's gone, it's gone — same as a perfect ride. We don't reprint memories.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OFFTHETRAXK website and the purchase of any products from Offthetraxk Co., operating as OFFTHETRAXK ("OTK", "we", "us"), a business based in Alberta, Canada. By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use this site.
You must be the age of majority in your province, territory, or country of residence (18+ in Alberta) to purchase from this site, or use it under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.
All products are casual apparel and accessories. Product images are for illustration; minor variations in colour, print placement, and texture may occur, particularly with hand-finished or distressed prints. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, limit quantities, and discontinue products at any time. Prices are listed in CAD and may change without notice. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
Payments are processed by Shopify Inc. and its payment partners. We do not store your full payment card details. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
OFFTHETRAXK products are fashion apparel only. They are NOT motorcycle safety gear, protective equipment, or personal protective equipment (PPE) of any kind, and provide no abrasion, impact, or crash protection. See the Rider Disclaimer for full terms.
All content on this site — including the OFFTHETRAXK and OTK names, logos, wordmarks, designs, graphics, photography, and text — is owned by or licensed to Offthetraxk Co. and protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without prior written consent.
You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.
The site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except those that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law, including the Consumer Protection Act (Alberta).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Offthetraxk Co. and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for personal injury, property damage, or death arising from motorcycle riding or any other activity, whether or not our apparel was worn at the time. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Offthetraxk Co. from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site or products.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta, unless mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms at any time. The version posted at the time of your order applies to that order. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

Offthetraxk Co., operating as OFFTHETRAXK, respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and how we handle it, in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
Order information: name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number, and order details — collected when you make a purchase.
Payment information: processed directly by Shopify and its payment providers; we never see or store full card numbers.
Marketing information: your email address if you sign up for drop alerts.
Device information: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referral source, collected via cookies and similar technologies.
To fulfill and ship orders, process payments and refunds, respond to support requests, send marketing emails you've opted into (with unsubscribe available in every email, per Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation — CASL), prevent fraud, and improve the site.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who need it to operate the store: Shopify (hosting, checkout, payments), shipping carriers, email marketing providers, and analytics providers. These providers may process data outside of Canada (e.g., in the United States), where it may be subject to local laws.
We use necessary cookies (cart and checkout function) and, with your consent where required, analytics and marketing cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling necessary cookies may break checkout.
We keep order records as long as needed for legal, tax, and warranty purposes, and marketing data until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and withdraw marketing consent at any time, by contacting offthetraxk@gmail.com. If you are in the EU/UK or California, you may have additional rights under the GDPR/UK GDPR or the CCPA, including data portability and the right to opt out of certain data sharing.
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted checkout via Shopify. No method of transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, free of odours (including smoke and fuel), and in original condition with all tags attached.
Limited-drop items marked "Final Sale", gift cards, and discounted clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange, except where the item is defective or the return is required by law.
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at offthetraxk@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.
Email offthetraxk@gmail.com with your order number to receive a return authorization and instructions. Returns sent without authorization may be refused. Unless the return is our error, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
Because drops are limited runs, exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your size is sold out, we will issue a refund instead.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During drop launches, processing may take up to 5–7 business days. You will receive tracking by email once your order ships.
We ship from Alberta, Canada. Estimated delivery after processing: Canada 2–7 business days; United States 5–10 business days; International 7–21 business days. Timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and carrier delays are outside our control.
International orders (including the U.S., where applicable) may be subject to import duties, tariffs, and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not collected by us at checkout unless stated otherwise.
Please verify your shipping address at checkout — we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Packages confirmed lost by the carrier will be replaced or refunded after the carrier's investigation. Packages marked "delivered" by the carrier are the customer's responsibility; contact us and we will assist where we can.
Risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery of the order to the carrier, except where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
OFFTHETRAXK products are fashion apparel only. They are not motorcycle safety gear, protective clothing, armour, or personal protective equipment of any kind. They provide NO abrasion resistance, impact protection, or crash protection whatsoever, and are not certified to any safety standard (CE, EN 17092, DOT, or otherwise).
OFFTHETRAXK is a lifestyle and apparel brand inspired by motorsport and riding culture. References to racing, stunting, speed, or "extreme" culture in our branding, products, and marketing are artistic and cultural expression only. We do not encourage, endorse, organize, or sponsor street racing, stunt riding on public roads, or any illegal, reckless, or dangerous activity. Always obey traffic laws. Racing and stunt riding belong in closed-course, sanctioned environments with proper safety equipment and supervision.
Motorcycling and motorsport are inherently dangerous activities that can result in serious injury or death. Any person who engages in such activities does so voluntarily and at their own risk. By purchasing or wearing OFFTHETRAXK products, you acknowledge that our products play no role in your safety and that you are solely responsible for your own conduct, equipment choices, and compliance with the law.
We strongly recommend that all riders wear certified protective equipment at all times: a certified helmet, armoured jacket and pants, gloves, and boots. OFFTHETRAXK apparel is not a substitute for any of these.
Any riding footage or imagery used in our marketing is performed by experienced riders, and where depicting stunts, in closed or controlled environments. Do not attempt to replicate anything depicted in our content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release Offthetraxk Co. and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any liability for injury, death, property damage, legal consequences, or other loss arising out of motorcycle riding, motorsport, stunt activity, or any other activity, whether or not OFFTHETRAXK products were worn or used at the time.
OFFTHETRAXK™, OTK™, the OFFTHETRAXK slasher wordmark, the OTK monogram logo, and all associated designs, graphics, and product artwork are trademarks and copyrighted works of Offthetraxk Co.. All rights reserved.
Reproduction of our marks or designs on merchandise, use of our brand name in domain names, social handles, or advertising, and the sale of counterfeit or imitation OFFTHETRAXK products are strictly prohibited and will be pursued under Canadian and international law, including the Trademarks Act and Copyright Act (Canada).
By tagging OFFTHETRAXK or using our brand hashtags on social media, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to repost and use that content for marketing, with credit where reasonably possible. Contact offthetraxk@gmail.com to request removal of reposted content.
